What to Expect
Each guided tour runs approximately 60 minutes and offers a behind-the-scenes look at:
The Spinning Mill's event spaces, including the Grand Hall, Multipurpose Room, Art Studio, and Screening Room
Hotel rooms inside The Skowhegan by Kasa
Select residential apartments (subject to availability)
Shared amenity spaces, including the lounge and coworking areas
The story behind the building's history and redevelopment
Tour Schedule
We offer one to two community tours per month, with limited availability to keep each experience personal and engaging.

Reserve Your Spot
Spots are limited and must be reserved in advance. When registering, you'll provide your name, email, number of guests, preferred tour date, and an optional message. Once a tour reaches capacity, registration closes automatically.
